An art exhibit made for quarantine questions, 'Well Now WTF?'
“Well Now WTF?” is the name of ongoing online exhibition curated by Faith Holland, Lorna Mills and Wade Wallerstein. As museums and schools are cancelled, the world has retreated inside their homes and onto the internet, where Silicon Valet will present 80 artists with moving image practices.
Well Now WTF showcases artists that might not be able to exhibit their work in traditional galleries, made with bricks and mortar. Instead the online exhibition provides a comprehensive insight into current themes and techniques driving digital art, where we are bombarded current news online, increasing restrictions and changes to our day to day life. Will this be the new frontier for artists, curators and galleries to respond to the crisis and evolve?
